Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

Cinteot is seeking a talented and innovative Graphics Designer/Specialist to join our dynamic Information Technology department. This full-time in-person role is ideal for individuals with a passion for visual communication and a strong background in graphic design. You will be responsible for creating compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various media, including print, digital, and multimedia formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to create visually appealing content.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or 10 years of equivalent experience).
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in graphic design or multimedia environment.
• At least one (1) year of experience handling US classified documents.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of production and rendering methods.
• Ability to creatively translate abstract concepts into effective visual forms.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
• Experience working with federal government design and branding standards is a plus.
